He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Joyce Cunningham. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Caldwell (Deb) and Constance Caldwell; his wife Kristy Caldwell; his daughters, Arielle, Aurora and Addison; and his sister Gretchen Brown (Stan). He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.

In memory of Christopher, memorials may be made for the children's education fund, in care of Kristy Caldwell.
