He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Gollnick and Arlene Emily Gollnick (Zuege). He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Gollnick of Fort Wayne and Gloria Turausky of Arlington Heights, Illinois.; and his girlfriend Cathy Davis of Fort Wayne.
