Douglas Faux (Jennifer), Jon Faux (Melissa) and Susan Bradtmiller (Jeffrey). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Joe United Methodist Church or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
