She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Norwood Sr. and Sarah Norwood (Griffin); her former husband Albert Walker; and her siblings, Willia Mae Smith, Ella Ree Black, Gertrude Davis, Betty Jean Fields, Curtis Abraham and Tom Norwood Jr..
She is survived by: her son Laflore Jervett Walker; her grandson Jordyn Davireon Walker; her sisters, Fannie Walker and Beatrice Ervin; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Norwood, Thurman Walker (Annie), Robert Walker, William Walker and Houston (Margaret). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
