He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his daughter Jaqueline Hoover; his stepson Jeff Campbell; his grandchildren, Joseph Fremion (Paige), Tiffany Hoover, Joshua Hoover, Jacob Hoover and Sarah Hoover; his siblings, Forrest Hoover (Darlene) and Gail Cannon; and his former wife Helen Hoover. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
