He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Sr. and Georgina; his brother-in-law James Carroll; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Costello. He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Costello); his children, Alexander (Alixandra) and Elizabeth; his sisters, Melba Shokrai (Moe) and Liliane Carroll of Fort Wayne; his father-in-law Joseph Costello; and his siblings-in-law, Molly McCrory (Mark) and Patrick Costello (Valerie). He is also survived by 3 nieces, 3 nephews, 1 great-niece and 1 great-nephew.
