He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jefferey Cowles. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Smith (Melody Ulery) and Brittany Kirchner (Mark); his siblings, Justin Smith, William Smith, Chaz Smith, Connor Tumbleson and Caitlyn Stout; his grandmother Mary Cowles; his close friends, Leah and Sai'ohn Hughes; and also Amigherly.
