With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Concepsion Pena of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Pedro Hernandez; and her husband Virgilio Pena. She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Sosa, Yolanda Pena, Elda Oberley (Stuart) and Lisa Mast (Brian); her grandchildren, Melissa Bradley (Carson), Michael Mast, Matthew Mast (Haley), Andrew Mast (Hannah), Daniel Mast and Cristian DonJuan; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Lyla, Jaxon, Wyatt and Calvin; and her brother Paul Hernandez.

Memorials may be directed to Saint John the Baptist Catholic School or Stillwater Hospice.
