She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Alan Hisey and Billie Faye Hisey (Pearce); her husband Michael Elvin DeWald; and her sister Pamela Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Kimberly DeWald) and Michelle (Chad Sutton); her grandchildren, Kameron DeWald of Fort Wayne, Kaden DeWald of Fort Wayne, Kailey DeWald of Fort Wayne, Bailey Sutton of Fort Wayne and Garrett Sutton of Indianapolis; her siblings, Jimmie (Laura Hisey), Lonnie (Laura Pace), Gary (Karen Pace) and Nancy (Daniel Cloud); her brother-in-law John Smith of Portland, Texas.; and her son-in-law Chad.
