He is survived by: his parents, Robert Elmer and Jeanne Passwater; his stepparents, Amanda Elmer and Matt Passwater; his sister Cayleigh Jasperse (Jon); his stepsiblings, Leah Passwater, Kierstin Crist and Maura Crist; and his grandparents, William and Lael Hoerger. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
