He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hoffman and Erma Hoffman (Siebert); and his sister Penny Clafflin. He is survived by: his wife Jan Hoffman; his sons, Lance Hoffman (Linda), Eric Hoffman (Michelle) and Trent Hoffman (Lisa); and his sisters, Karen Craig and Deborah Pieper (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
