He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Penland and Jayne Penland; and his brother Jeff Penland. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Penland; his daughters, Shaina Armstrong (DJ) and Rikki Penland; and his brother Bruce Penland. He is also survived by two granddaughters, three grandsons.
