We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Craig Stephan of Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Norman Stephan. He is survived by : his mother Ruth Stephan (Ward); his close friend Tracy Perrotta; his daughter Elia Stephan; his brother Doug Stephan (Jo Ann); his niece Alexa Hatcher (Will); and his nephew Paul Stephan (Annie).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Huntertown Chapel (16830 Lima Rd, Huntertown, IN 46748). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be directed to Cancer Service of Northeast Indiana.
