He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Mulvane and Cherie Mulvane (Bird); his wife Melinda (DiMatteo); his stepchildren, Megan DiMatteo of Fort Wayne, IN, Ashley Spooner of Hudson, NH and Ollie DiMatteo of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Greg Mulvane of Norwalk and Gina Wonder (Joe) of Tiffin; and his grandmother Thelma Terry of Tiffin.
