He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Esterline and Charlene Esterline (Forker); his brother Bill Esterline; and his uncle Jack Esterline. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, J. T. Harmon and Jenna Sandlund (Tim); his grandchildren, Hayden, Juniper, Kohen, Leland and Kalina; his sister Linda Toth (Bill); his sister-in-law Debbie Lahrman (Jay); and his uncle Tom Esterline.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church or the Fort Wayne Firefighters Museum.
