Dana Gurney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dana Gurney of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dana Gurney to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Miller Ault and Ruth Ault; and her son Kenneth Gurney. She is survived by: her husband Lester; her son Allen Gurney of Portland, OR; her daughter-in-law Beth Levy of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Ebba Gurney of Ann Arbor, MI and Soren Gurney of Ann Arbor, MI; her brother Carl Ault of Rochester, IN; her sister-in-law Rita Ault of Rochester, IN; and her stepsister Jane Burns (Richard) of Rochester, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Towne House Retirement Center Towne Hall (2209 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Hunger Relief through First Presbyterian Church or to the Towne House Garden Club.
