He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Holly and Loretta Holly; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Mary Dorothy Rolf (McLaughlin); and his siblings, Sister Patricia Holly, Michael Holly, Sheila (Holly), David Freigburger, Jim Shultz, Margaret (Holly) and Ike Hullinger.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Holly (Rolf); his children, Matt, Allison Holly (Borzelli), Erin (Holly), Brian Martin, Kate (Holly) and Nate Conkey; his siblings, Kathleen (Holly), Ed Stark and Sarah Holly (Giles); his children, Dennis Holly, Mary Shultz (Holly), Gerry Jones, Eric, Peggy Rolf, Ted Rolf, Tom and Vicki Rolf; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Rachel, Blake, Cameron, Kayla of Aidan, CJ, Marin, Katelyn, Ava and Grayson. He is also survived by 32 nieces and nephews.
