He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Abbott and Frances Abbott (Johnson); his brother William Abbott; and his sister-in-law Edith Abbott (Schnelker). He is survived by: his spouse Rozann Schenher; his daughter Christine Wright (Richard) of Zionsville, IN; and his grandchildren, Katie, Derek, Carson and Caleb Wright.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Preferred memorial contributions may be made for Masses to St. Charles, or American Cancer Society.
