He was predeceased by: his father John Brittenham; and his spouse Angel Darlene Clevenger. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Bischoff (Jim) and Steve Brittenham (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Zachary Foster (Lauren), Kyle Foster (Kayla), Courtney Ashley (Mike), Amber Tomkinson, Emilee Taylor (Tyler Fisher) and Rebecca Thompson (Gavin Aker). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the: Angel and Dave Brittenham Foundation, to further their service to the Fort Wayne Community.
