He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Weaver and Elberta Weaver; his wife Sarah Keller; his granddaughter Dottie; and his siblings, Richard, Grover Weaver and Karen Sue Growcock (Weaver).

He is survived by: his children, David Jeffrey Weaver, Trisha Worrell (Mark) and Joseph Weaver (Valerie); his grandchildren, Davy, Ashleigh, Keller, Kolby, Shelby, Hailey, Gabrielle and Jeffy; and his friend Wawakian (Richard Glant).

Preferred memorials to the American Legion Post 341, Wolcottville Little League, and Heartland Hospice.
