He was predeceased by: his parents, Delors Bailey and Irene Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lesh; his children, Doug Bailey (Gina) and Shari Cook (Michael Traficanti); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Antinnucci (Chance), Brady Cook, Gabrielle Bailey Hinely (John), Hanna Gehring (Tanner), Lyndsay Bailey, Delaney Bailey and Jake Cook; his great grandchildren, Emilia, Gianna, Daniella and Elliana; and his siblings, William Bailey (Cheryl), Joyce Fate, Carol Barton and James Bailey (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Indiana University School of Medicine-Fort Wayne Research Fund for their research in Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.
