David Lynn Barton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Lynn Barton of Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Barton and Geraldine Barton (Rufner); and his son Doug Barton. He is survived by: his wife Deb Barton (Kreigh); his children, Andy Barton (Elise) and Angie Piatt (Greg); and his siblings, Nancy Wetli and Brad Barton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Allen County Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
