He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ferro and Grace Ferro. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his daughters, Stacy Campbell (Tim), Kelly Williams and Courtney Muncie (Joe); his grandchildren, Alec, Henry, Jack, Georgia, Lily and Sophia; and his pet Callie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Humane Ft. Wayne because of Dave's love of animals and to Heartland Hospice who lovingly cared for Dave in his final days.
