He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Steve" Henry Stevenson III and Virginia Stevenson (Romig); and his brother Clarence "Steve" Henry Stevenson IV. He is survived by: the mother of his children Alison A. Stevenson of Fort Wayne; and his daughters, Darcy Collette of Fort Wayne, Stacy Hyatt of Santa Paula and Melissa McKown (Brent) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by his nieces/nephews and grandchildren.
