He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Lybarger and Ruth Lybarger (Sperry); and his siblings, Roger Lybarger, Janet Koenig and Marylou Fritz.
He is survived by: his niece LuAnne Shelby; and his nephews, Ned Koenig (Lee) and Lynn Koenig.
