He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia Winship, (Hindman) and David Allen Winship, Jr. (Dave); his wife Carolyn Sue (Taylor); his daughter Victoria Fox (Winship); his granddaughter Shelby Fox; his great grandchildren, Athena and Izabella; his siblings, Barbara Turner, Judy Moore and James Winship; and his son Michael Bryan Winship.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls (8325 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hayden Cemetery (280 S County Rd 700 W, North Vernon, IN 47265).
