She was predeceased by: her father Dana Otis; her daughter Emma; and her brother Richard Otis. She is survived by: her mother Mary Hinsenkamp (Gladieux-Otis); her husband Nathan Swineheart; her children, Wesley and Dana; her siblings, Rob Hinsenkamp (Niki) and Tomika Otis; her stepmother Brenda Otis; her parents-in-law, Karen and David Swineheart; and her sister-in-law Laura Auer (Tim). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
