He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Stewart and Sarah Stewart; and his daughter Joan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Stewart (Quinn); his children, Joni Macy (Dan) and Douglas Stewart of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Joe Walters (Sara), Leza Hillis (Adam), Andrew Walters, Colby Stewart and Timothy Macy; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Walters, Blakelyn Hillis and Ashlyn Hillis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in his honor be made to Elks Cancer Research or Elks National Foundation for Children and Veterans.
