Deborah M. Conklin Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Deborah M. Conklin of Fort Wayne, Indiana is shared. Deborah, born on August 8, 1948, passed away on October 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Morey and Marlene Carns-Morey Hancock; her husband Dick Conklin; her daughters, Amy Thompson (Eric), Betsy Conklin (Paul Kilian) and Jill Leal (Joey); her brothers, David and John Morey; and her grandchildren, Emma, Mia, Aidan Thompson, Ethan, Lucia, Collin Leal and Briggs Kilian-Conklin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Plymouth Congregational Church (501 W Berry St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
