Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
