She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blake and Norma Blake; and her siblings, Diane Blake and Mark Blake. She is survived by: her son Joseph L. Taylor (Heather); her grandsons, Owen, Logan and Korbin; and her brother Ron Blake (Susanne).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
