She was predeceased by: her father Reverend Charles M. Smith, (Debra). She is survived by: her mother Betty C. Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles M. "Chuck" Smith, Jr. (Karen), Connie Elder (Larry) and Tammie Cook (David). She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; as well as seven great nieces and nephews.
