He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Allen and Marybell Allen; and his brother John Allen. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Marcum (Ron), Rachel Brown (Jon), Crystal Wilson and Montell Allen; and his brothers, George Allen (Katherine) and Claude Allen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
