He is survived by: his sister Audrey Foglesong; his sons, Phillip (Josie) of Fremont, CA, Bruce (Kristen) of Redding, CA and Timothy (Tracy) of Fort Wayne, IN.; and his grandchildren, Phillip Jr. (Nicole), Issac (Aleia), Matthew, Lucas (Ashley), Olivia, Christopher (Brittney), Abigail (Noah), Elijah (Geneva), Lydia and Benjamin.
