Freeman of Fort Wayne and Tori Humphrey Sr. of Fort Wayne; her godchildren, Joseph Woods Jr., LaQuondra Freeman of Fort Wayne, Angelia Deloris Williams of Fort Wayne and Breannia Taylor of South Carolina; and her sister Linda Causey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
