She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Beucler and Hortense Beucler; her husband Paul Cattin, Jr.; her daughter Vicki Howell; her siblings, Dick Beucler, Ruth Heininger and Jeanne Witzigreuter; and her pet Sharkie.

She is survived by: her children, Linda (Jerry) and Chris Cattin; her sister Lois Scott; her grandchildren, Angela Parker, Brandi Starbuck (Ken), Mystee Eagleson (Sam), Dan and Simon Howell; and her great grandchildren, Jessica, Jackie, Autumn Spillers, Danial Howell, Jr., Rylee, Brady Eagleson, Noah and Lukas Russell.

Memorials may be made to Grace Presbyterian and the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.
