He is survived by: his nephews, Jeff Heck (Christine) of Fort Wayne and Scott Heck (Carrie) of Fort Wayne; his niece Kelly Martin (Paul) of Hamilton, IN; and his friends, Jeff, Ann Snyder, Rick Winans, Scott Houser, Sherri Murphy and Donna McEvoy.
