He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Edward Quinn and Mary Louise Quinn; his birth mother Jean Knisley; and his siblings, Bruce, Steven Quinn and Vickie Cooke.

He is survived by: his sons, Bobby and William Quinn; his siblings, Allen Knisely, Lisa Price and Robin Godsey; and his cousin Jim Quinn. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and a niece and nephew.
