He was predeceased by: his parents, Dicy J. Turner and Dennis Woodson; his siblings, Dr. Patricia J. Olds, Denise Woodson, Ronald Woodson and Layne Woodson; and his granddaughter Cortazia Sanders.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Kelsaw, Yonne Waller, Vett Waller, Brandon Leon Stephens and Antonio Leon Stephens; his siblings, Priscilla J. Brown (Willard) of Fort Wayne, IN., Raymond Turner, Jr. (Julia) of Lithonia, GA, Robert L., Andrane Jones of Indianapolis, IN., Michelle Fields (George) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Donna; and his brother-in-law Willie J. Olds of Richmond, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc. (1338 Eliza St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
