It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane C. Teusch of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Carroll and E. Jean Carroll (Decamp); her granddaughter Mackenzie Leffers; and her siblings, Steven Carroll, Richard Carroll, Pamela Carroll and Cindy Money.

She is survived by: her husband James Teusch; her daughters, Michelle Leffers (Scott) and Christina Murphy (Jason); her grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Ali, Nick and Kylee; and her siblings, Katie Tarney (Boyd), Robert Carroll and Sandra Hicks (Dan).
