She was predeceased by: her parent Edyth L. Myers (Powell); her husband Stephen G. Arter; her father Lewis Myers Jr.; and her siblings, Jay Myers and Carolyn Koenig.

She is survived by: her close friend Chuck Ramsey of Ft. Wayne; her children, Paul Arter (Natalia) of Phoenix and Peggy Good Hoyle (Steven) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Adrian, Lauro, Anthony, Xochitl Ann, Stephen and Martin; and her sister Sandra (Tom Sissel) of Vermont. She is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Parkview Health Foundation 3844 New Vision Dr. Fort Wayne, IN 46845.
