He is survived by: his wife Jill Ann Bollheimer of Fort Wayne, IN; his children, Dr. Susan Eggebrecht (Kirk) of Fort Wayne, IN, Daniel Bollheimer (Patricia) of Fort Wayne, IN and Hollie Bollheimer of Fort Wayne, IN; and his brother Douglas Bollheimer (Cathy) of Erie, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
