He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Manter and Josie Manter (Dull); his wife Patty Manter (Smith); and his daughter Julie Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Keith Manter (LuAnn), Kristy Brewer (Darryl), David Manter (Stephanie) and Tricia Flotow (Tim). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandson.
