He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Parker and Geraldine Parker; and his sister Carolyn Balyeat. He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his children, Lisa South (Glenn) and Brian Parker (Aisa); his siblings, Darell Parker (Barb) and Bev Blanchard; and his brother-in-law Bob Balyeat. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

Contributions in Donald's memory may be made to Peace Lutheran Church.
