He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mauch and Marie Mauch; and his siblings, Carol Mauch and Gerald Mauch. He is survived by: his wife Flo Mauch; his sons, Greg Mauch (Vesta) of Fort Wayne, Paul Mauch (Kelly) of Fort Wayne, Tom Mauch (Kay) of West Lafayette and Bill Mauch (Jennie) of Loveland, OH; and his siblings, Marlene Sherman of Fort Wayne and John Mauch of Indianapolis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Fort Wayne or Bishop Luers High School.
