She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Chamberlain and Helen Chamberlain (Rump); and her former husband Dee W Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, Drew Hoffman (Nancy) of Churubusco, Denise Gaff (Chuck) of Wolcottville and Diane Straessle (Mark Grieger) of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Michelle Kohler (Pete), Stacey Hartman, Lindsay Lackland, Jennifer Behr (Josh), Nathan Straessle (Jess), Leslie Heller (Harrison), Lindsey Eggold (Daniel) and Jacob Gaff (Derren). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Memorial donations may be given to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne.
