She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henline and Evelyn Henline (Koehl); her husband Harold Rice; her son Keith Rice; her grandchildren, Bradley Merriman and Erica Merriman; her brother Robert Henline (Helen); and her daughter-in-law Christy.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Rice (Linda Steele) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Kimberly Merriman (Keith) of Rome City. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:00 PM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (4916 Trier Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
Memorials may be directed to Masses at Saint Charles to be Celebrated in memory of Dorla.
