He is survived by: his wife Diane Swinehart of Fort Wayne, IN; his children, Ben Swinehart (Kristin) of Fort Wayne, IN and Bobbi Wilson (Richard) of Niles, MI; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Lachlan and Emerson Swinehart.
