With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ebony LaShae Lewis (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Simon Jackson. She is survived by: her mother Terri Starkey; her significant other Adia; her siblings, Jason, William, Chad, Tommie and Malikah; and her close friends, Tommie Tennille, Shanell, Angela, Camille, Lakeisha and Codi. She is also survived by three stepchildren.
