She is survived by: her husband Richard Kiser; her children, Cynthia Kiser and Timothy Kiser (Tamela); her granddaughters, Melissa Hower (Bryant) and Kristy Burns (Andy); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Carter, Paxton, Savannah, Maxx and Lily; and her brother Robert Spencer.

Memorials in Eileen's memory may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
